2018 Leadership Conference Accountability: The Key To Driving A High-Performance Culture
In November 2018 Linda Maul and Marguerite LeBlanc, with the support of Dan & Carol Ohler & Corby Furrow, hosted the 1-day conference Accountabilty: The Key To Driving A High Performance Culture in Edmonton. 45 people participated in this inaugural conference on the topic of accountability. Some comments about the conference included: “The accountability conference was a powerhouse of strategies to move your strategy and organization forward.” and “I have several takeaways from this session as we embark on a planning cycle in my organization. I plan to take action on several issues, one at a time.” Our second conference is coming up on November 20, 2019. The Accountability Team was thrilled with their experience in collaborating to host a wonderful conference Accountability: The Key To Driving A High-Performance Culture. We were also excited for participants that gained valuable learning on how to be more accountable to self and to their organization, and on when it’s time to get out of the way so that others have the space to be accountable.
